What a policy demonstration is
A policy demonstration pairs an institution that has something to prove with partners who have standing to prove it — and structures the engagement so the result is evidence rather than advocacy alone. The demonstration produces the data, the constituency, and the record. The policy outcome follows advocacy and the proof.
